COACHING SERVICES
Payment of fees to The Jewellery & Crafts Academy is deemed to signify acceptance of the following terms and conditions.


Fees: Fees for services are set out accordingly on the website and vary in price depending on type of service required. Receipts will be issued on request.

Payment in advance: Payment in advance is always required.

Termination: The Jewellery & Crafts Academy has the right to terminate the contract at any time, at which point all unused, pre-paid fees will may returned to the client. A reason for termination will always be provided to the client, in line with our Code of Ethics (please ask for a copy by contacting us at [email protected] In the event of a client terminating services, fees will not normally be refunded.

Re-arranging sessions: Re-arranging sessions is to be avoided if at all possible, and at least 48 hours notice is required or the session fee may be retained, at the discretion of The Jewellery & Crafts Academy, dependent on the availability of suitable alternative sessions.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS & HOME LEARNING PACKS
UK Delivery: Our standard delivery is based on number of items purchased and starts at £2.95 for item ranging up to £4.45 for 2 or more items. We will try to find the cheapest way of posting out orders and currently use Royal Mail Signed service, sending out by second class. If you require first class delivery service or an alternative service, please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements. Delivery and takes 3-5 working days.
International Delivery: International delivery may be arranged. Please contact us before making your purchase so we can provide details of our delivery costs. This will vary depending on where the items are to be delivered. Our international orders will be shipped using a signed for service.
Please be aware that all delivery methods require a signature on receipt.
Returns: If you would like to return goods for any reason, you can do so providing the item is still in all of its original packaging and unopened. The original seals need to be intact. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days from ordering. You will receive a refund for the value of the item (we will only refund postage if the item was received damaged or faulty). We will refund you by your original payment method within 14 days.

PURCHASING DIGITAL AND/OR DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
Immediately after purchasing, downloadable documents will be delivered to your computer and available to open and access. Documents are protected by copyright and all rights are reserved. No unauthorised sharing, lending or reproducing is permitted.


No refund is available on Digital/Downloadable products.

Jewellery & Crafts Academy Membership Scheme - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Membership ("Terms") are applicable to your membership of the Jewellery & Crafts Academy Membership Scheme (otherwise known as "Membership Scheme") and the services you access as provided by the service. These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy will govern your membership.

The annual membership fee is £199 or £19.99 per month as at the date below. We reserve the right to adjust this membership fee at any time.

Membership
All membership benefits (such as discounts for specific services) will be offered directly to Members from time to time. We cannot guarantee the availability of these and any goods or services provided may be subject to additional conditions. Your membership entitles you to services as expressed in your membership booklet.

Please note - Membership is only available to customers over the age of 18.

Renewals

Your membership subscription will renew automatically each month. You have the right to cancel your membership scheme as detailed below.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. Once cancelled, you will no longer be a member of the scheme and all services will cease. No refund is available on monthly membership.

Terminating Membership
We reserves the right to terminate membership or to prevent any member from participating in any events, and activities (including online) or from renewing membership if the member puts the company or online group into disrepute or if the member is misusing the membership.

Discussion Group
Members are entitled to participate in a Closed Group on Facebook. The Facebook Closed Group area is a public system and as such we take no responsibility for the views expressed in messages posted to any discussion. Any views expressed are those of individuals, and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the company. If you use any of the information, advice or material posted on these Groups, you do so solely at your own risk.

We accepts no obligation to monitor the use of the Groups but reserves the right to remove, edit or block without notice any material posted to` any discussion which it deems to be offensive or in any way wholly inappropriate to the nature of the discussion and the group. In these instances, we reserve the right (which we may exercise at our sole discretion without notice) to terminate access to the group or club and may terminate the membership. If you wish to complain about material on the Group, in the first instance, please contact the group Admin or alternatively, please contact a member of the company via email at [email protected].

Members agree not to:

Post, link to or otherwise publish any messages which contain confidential information of another party

Post, link to or otherwise publish any messages that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, indecent, infringe copyright or other rights of third parties or which contain any other form of illegal content

Post or otherwise publish any messages that contain a virus or other harmful component

Disguise the origin of any messages

Impersonate any person or entity (including group guests or hosts) or misrepresent any affiliation with any person or entity

Post or otherwise publish any messages unrelated to the group or the group's topics

Post or transmit any messages that contain software viruses, files or code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of this site or any computer software or equipment

Collect or store other users' personal data

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the group.

By submitting messages to the group, you agree to indemnify us from all claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of any messages posted or published by you that are in breach of the terms above.

The group may contain messages submitted by users over whom we have no control. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any message. Some users may breach these terms and post messages that are misleading, untrue or offensive. These terms and conditions may be revised from time to time and we will notify all members as appropriate.

It will be your responsibility to keep up-to date with all such changes and your membership renewal and continued use of your membership shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.

Data Protection and Intellectual Property
We will respect the privacy of your data which you supply to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and forms part of these terms and conditions, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable data protection legislation. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your data accurate and up to date and to send us new or revised data where appropriate. You further agree that we may use your data as set out in our Privacy Policy. Other Members may also use the personal data you make available in the Members Business Directory. If you have a concern about how another Member is using your personal data, or if you think it is being used in breach of these terms, please contact us at [email protected]

You acknowledge that the internet is not a completely secure medium, and we therefore cannot be responsible for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorised attempts to access the Site, for example, by computer hackers. In addition, we are not responsible for the use made of your personal data by other Members who access it through the Site. We recommend you do not make any information public which you do not want other Members to see.

General Please read these Terms carefully. By joining the Membership Scheme and/or using the benefits provided, you accept these Terms. If you are reading an electronic copy of these Terms, please print or save a copy for your records. We reserve the right to cancel your membership if you do not comply with these Terms. You may not transfer or assign any or all of your rights or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms are correct as of the date below and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English Courts. We reserves the right to change these Terms, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to use or accept the Club benefits following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. By accessing the Membership Scheme and its services you are deemed to have accepted and to be bound by these terms and conditions which apply and can be found on the Jewellery & Crafts Academy

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the contents and any material e-mailed to you, provided on CD ROM or otherwise supplied or made available to you in conjunction with the Membership Scheme, including through access to the Members Area, (such contents, design and materials being collectively referred to as the 'Club Content'), is the property of the Jewellery & Crafts Academy. You acknowledge and agree that the Club Content is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only and that you may only use, download and print such material and content for such purpose. In particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions contained in the preceding sentence, you may not (and agree not to assist or facilitate a third party to) do any of the following (without our permission in writing):
